Meat Production Plant

SALARY:

💵 Young people up to 26 years old in all departments – PLN 30.50 💵
(we grant student status, you need a certificate of graduation from a school or other university).

💵 PLN 23/hour – basic processing. Controlling the work of automated linear machines. Only first shifts from 5-6 am.

💵 PLN 23/hour – work in a clean room with raw meat, odorless and bloodless. Only first shifts from 6am.

💵 PLN 22,03/hour – work with finished products (meat/cold meats). Finished product packaging.
Day and night shifts.

💳 Advance payment PLN 200 can be ordered after 5 working days. The advance payment is issued only to new employees up to 1 salary.
💳 Salary at the end of each month from the 21st to the 25th

WORKING CONDITIONS:

📈 Work 8-12 hours from Monday thru Saturday, and Sunday is off. Work in a 2 shift (night and morning) depends on the department.
We provide work clothes and shoes. 🧤👟

🏫Accommodation for boys and girls in a room for 4 people – PLN 600

🚌 transportation to work – PLN 250 It is not necessary to use and pay, to work 3 – 3.5 km on foot

Food:
For FREE during work, there are two free hot set meals at the factory.

IMPORTANCE ‼

👉 PLN 960 a fee for document processing. Payment will be done AFTER signing all the documents in our office.
PLN 960 – These costs are reimbursed in two parts – PLN 480 with the second salary and another PLN 480 with the third salary

👨‍⚕ Sanitary book cost PLN 200 deducted to the salary.

👉 Obtaining legalization documents, including submitting an application for trc – we deduct PLN 1021 from your first salary .
– We reserve the right to deduct an additional amount for conducting TRC – PLN 1,500 in the event of dismissal of an employee before the expiry of 6 months or it turns out that the TRC case is being handled by a lawyer from another company and the employee has resigned from our TRC proceedings
– We warn you that conducting TRC proceedings by a lawyer or other company may result in the loss of legality of your stay and job loss

BONUSES:

💵 Bonuses for the number of hours and attendance (does not apply to persons under 26 years of age.):
– when working 240 hours and more + PLN 0,5 to the rate 💵
– for slaughter / heads / cutting departments, bonus + PLN 0,5 to the rate 💵 for work without absence in your department, i.e. with 100% presence on the days your department works.
The 240 hour and attendance bonuses are not cumulative, meaning if you fall below two at a time, you get the one that is greater.

💵 Bonuses for seniority and your apartment:
+ PLN 0.25 to the rate for all employees who have been with us for 12 months (does not apply to persons under 26).
+0,5 PLN to the rate after 24 months of work with us (does not apply to persons under 26).
+ 1 PLN is added by everyone who lives in their own apartment (this surcharge also applies to persons under 26).
