Factory Work at Electrolux

We are hiring 137 workers (couples & men) for a conveyor belt job at the Electrolux factory in Siewierz, near Katowice. Work starts in early July 2025.
📜 Employment Conditions:

📌 Contract type: Employment contract (Umowa o Pracę)
💰 Salary: 4,700 PLN gross/month (for 168 hours)
⏳ Overtime pay: +50% for extra hours
🛠 Saturday work: 140 PLN gross per Saturday
🏆 Bonus: Up to 15% (up to 530 PLN) for full attendance
🏖 Paid vacation: 2 days/month (unused days paid 330 PLN/month at contract end)
🧺 Laundry compensation: 60 PLN/month
🏡 Accommodation: 625 PLN/month (👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 3-4 people per room)
⏰ Shifts: 8h/day, 2 shifts
🍽 Food: At worker’s expense
🏭 Work: Indoor, standing position on a conveyor belt
